Forget the usual forms of communication and training. If you really want to create impact and engagement, the Strategic Business Map is the right tool for it.  With a disruptive methodology, it is the combination of 3 factors:

1) VISUALIZATION

A story, very rich in information, is told through metaphors with the help of a huge and impactful map. It helps to promote a systemic vision of the organization and broadens the perception of employees as to their own performance.

2) EXPERIMENTATION WITH PHYSICAL MATERIAL (GAME CARDS, FACILITATION SCRIPT, ETC.) AND DIGITAL MATERIAL (USE OF AUGMENTED REALITY AND CELLPHONE APPLICATIONS)

A game is developed to guide a group of 5-8 participants (per map) through the story created with the visual metaphor. At this stage the constant dialogue and teamwork are highly valued

3) FACILITATION

Many groups compete with each other and this is where the facilitator comes in to ensure that the dialogue is going to the right direction.  His role is not to be the subject´s master, not even a teacher , but to guide the discussion of the teams, asking provocative questions with the help of a previously prepared script.
